Sustainable Projects

With an emphasis on sustainable projects Reigate Architects aims to reduce the global heating impact of all our schemes. We have a ‘fabric-first’ approach and, as standard, our new extension projects are designed to exceed the insulation/energy use requirements of the Building Regulations by a minimum of 25%. For any new build project we encourage clients to design to Passivhaus standards. We have also completed a number of energy retrofit projects, where existing buildings are upgraded to improve thermal comfort and reduce energy use.
