The Brief
Reigate Architects was commissioned to produce designs to submit a planning application for the development of four one-bedroom dwellings in Merstham, Surrey. The arrangement was configured over the first, second and loft levels of a compact urban infill site.
Our Response
Our proposal placed strong emphasis on the context of the surrounding streetscape and maximised floor space by arranging the accommodation over three floors.
